NFP and FABM
Natural Family Planning (NFP) is an umbrella term for the various scientific, natural, and moral methods of family planning which couples may use to achieve or avoid pregnancy. Fertility awareness based methods (FABM) are associated methods which also allow for an understanding of health through the use of signs of fertility.
Natural Womanhood
A woman's health literacy program that aims for women to work with their bodies and see fertility not as a disease, but as a comprehensive part of their health. It includes information about male reproductive health as well to provide a comprehensive approach.
Multiple Methods
From the Catholic Diocese of Wichita, this website has resources for the various NFP methods which exist and can be offered online. It also assists couples in the area with local NFP healthcare resources.

Creighton Model
The launching point of NaPro Technology, this NFP method uses cervical mucus in order to identify fertility and infertility for couples. It also helps women maintain their health through understanding their cycles and identifying diseases.
Marquette Method
Developed at the Marquette University, this method for natural family planning is best known for its utility of urine fertility biomarkers to determine a woman's fertile window. Materials are offered online.

Fertility Appreciation Collaborative to Teach the Science (FACTS) strives to educate the medical community about FABM and family planning. They wish to empower and engage patients to care for their reproductive health.
Creighton Study
A prospective analysis of the Creighton Model (CrM) of natural family planning as a means of avoiding pregnancy. Conducted in five CrM centers, it aims to show the efficacy and stability of this method of NFP.

BOMA-USA
The Billings Ovulation Method Association (BOMA) is a highly effective and simple way to postpone or achieve pregnancy. It does not use medications or devices to do so, and works in multiple stages of reproductive health.
